Family Tree Search Instructions

This full length Kinser Family Tree is equal to approximately eighty single spaced typed pages.
It's purpose is to show the relationships of as many family members as possible.
It includes the names of Kinsers and spouses who have been positioned on the family tree.
There are numerous other names whose relationship to the greater family is not yet known that are not included in this list.
Most of these will be included in the unlinked family member list and can be searched for in that list by the same methods,

To search for an person in the family tree use the Web browser's search capability.
It may not work on all browsers.
Search first by going to the database
Find the name you want to locate in the family tree.
This person is identified in the database by the reference number
Note this number then return to the Full Family Tree. and search as follows
  • Return the cursor to the top of the page. [control-Home] or [double left click]
  • Click on edit on the top of the page menu. [or control-F]
  • Click on find on the drop down menu.
  • Type the search number in the drop down search menu. i. e. (XXXX)
  • The number must be enclosed in parenthesis without the preceding "i"
  • Click on find. The cursor should drop down to the next MATCHING NUMBER.
  • You nay also search by name, however;
  • The many persons with the same name makes searching by name difficult.
  • If the name found is not the one you are searching for then click on 'find next.'
  • Sometimes when there are several persons with the same name
        searching by spouses name may also help.

Note:
    This file may take several minutes to load.
    This search is for precisely what is typed in.
    Wild card searches are not allowed.
    If your name search is unsuccessful add another space between the first and last names. (Some genealogy sources used added extra spaces between the two names)
    Try initials and/or variations in spelling that may have been used.
    If you know the name of a spouse or sibling try a search for one of them then look at adjacent names in the list.
