KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, Peter Kinser and Jacob Misemer all of Green county,
Tennessee, our heirs, executors, and administrators,
are held and firmly bound unto
JOHN SEVIER
governor of said state for the said state for the time being, and to his sucessors, in the Sum of Twelve Hundred and Fifty
Dollars, to be void on the condition that there is no Lawful Cause to obstruct
the marriage of the said Peter Kinser to Sussanah Mismer of ths couny: otherwise
to remain in full force and effect.

I do not have all of these
records straight at this time. Ralph died some two or three years ago. I visited
him in his Palm Beach, Florida home a few years ago., when I was in Florida on
business. He sent my address to Gilford. When I was in Atlanta I visited with
them. They have since moved to Marietta, Ga. He drives for some company that
ships through Alabama and Florida. His wife who was Lora Westmoreland born
8-31-1917- They have two daughters, Karen(11157) born March 9, 1950.
Married Fred Busby(11159) Aug 8, 1970,and Kristen(11158) born Feb
6, 1954. Single when I last visited them. I am going to have to get with Gil and
go over his dates, Small mistakes may be in my records. Benton had two children,
Jr(11160) and Kay(11161).
